Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 06 August 2026
Last Updated: 1 August 2026
This policy describes delivery coverage, timings, charges, scheduled-delivery handling and customer responsibilities.
1. Delivery Area
Delivery is available only to locations accepted by the website and delivery partner. The primary service area is Mumbai and nearby eligible locations. Serviceability must be checked before payment or confirmation.
2. Same-Day Delivery
- Available only during configured store timings and before the same-day cut-off.
- Subject to flower availability, serviceability and successful payment.
- After the cut-off, same-day ordering should be disabled and the customer should be offered available scheduled-delivery options.
3. Next-Day Delivery
- The current displayed flower price applies and is locked after successful payment.
- The order must be placed before the configured next-day cut-off.
- The order remains subject to product availability and serviceability.
- If the selected product becomes unavailable, the customer may choose an approved substitute, revised quantity or refund.
4. Delivery Beyond the Next Day
- The displayed product price is indicative only.
- The initial submission is treated as a scheduled request, not a confirmed order.
- No payment is collected at the initial request stage.
- Final availability, product price and delivery charge are shared for customer approval.
- Delivery is confirmed only after the customer accepts the final amount and completes payment.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may depend on distance, pickup and delivery location, delivery time, rider availability, waiting time, tolls, surge pricing and the delivery partner tariff. For future scheduled requests, delivery charges may be recalculated at final confirmation.
6. Delivery Time Estimates
Displayed delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees. Tracking details will be shared where supported by the delivery partner. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, festival demand, access restrictions, operational issues or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Receiving the Order
The customer or an authorised recipient must be available at the delivery location and reachable by phone. The customer must ensure safe and lawful access to the address.
8. Failed Delivery and Return-to-Origin
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, restricted access, recipient refusal or customer unavailability, additional waiting, redelivery, cancellation or return charges may apply. As flowers are perishable, returned products may not remain suitable for resale; therefore, the flower cost may be non-refundable where the failed delivery was caused by the customer.
9. Delays or Delivery Failure
Where a material delay or delivery failure is caused by Flowers & Garlands or its delivery arrangements, an appropriate resolution may include redelivery, replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances and product condition.
