Fresh Flower Quality Resolution Policy
Effective Date: 06 August 2026
Last Updated: 1 August 2026
Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal and perishable. This policy explains what constitutes a quality issue and how customers should report it.
1. Natural Variation
Variations may occur in colour tone, petal size, flower size, shape, fragrance, degree of openness, stem/bloom condition and overall appearance. Minor natural variation is not by itself a quality defect.
2. Quality Commitment
We aim to supply flowers that are reasonably fresh, clean and suitable for the stated pooja, decoration or floral use at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting a Quality Issue
Customers should inspect the order promptly. Quality concerns should preferably be reported within two hours and no later than six hours after delivery, together with:
- Order ID.
- Clear photographs or video of the affected product.
- Photograph of the complete delivered package.
- Description of the concern.
- Approximate affected quantity.
The above reporting period helps us assess perishable products promptly and does not limit any non-excludable right under applicable law.
4. Available Resolutions
- Replacement of the affected flowers.
- Delivery of a verified missing quantity.
- Partial refund.
- Full refund.
- Store credit, only with customer consent.
- Another mutually agreed resolution.
5. Exclusions
A resolution may be declined where deterioration resulted from delayed opening, exposure to heat or sunlight, lack of ventilation, improper refrigeration, crushing, mishandling, delayed use, customer-arranged onward transport or the natural characteristics of the flower.
6. Physical Returns
Customers should not return flowers through an unauthorised courier. We may request that affected products be retained temporarily for inspection or collected where practical. Because flowers are perishable, a conventional return may not be possible.
