Scheduled Delivery and Price Variation Policy

Flower prices may change daily due to wholesale-market rates, season, weather, supply and festival demand. The following rules apply to scheduled delivery.

1. Same-Day Orders

Same-day orders are charged at the current displayed price. Payment is collected immediately. The order is subject to store timing, same-day cut-off, availability and serviceability.

2. Next-Day Orders - Price Lock

• The current displayed flower price applies.
• The flower price is locked after successful payment.
• Orders must be placed within the Delivery window.
• The order remains subject to availability and delivery serviceability.
• If the product is unavailable, the customer may accept a substitute/revised quantity or receive an applicable refund.

Customer-facing next-day message

Price Locked: The displayed flower price is valid for next-day delivery once payment is successfully completed before the applicable cut-off, subject to availability.

3. Delivery Beyond the Next Day - Indicative Price

• The displayed price is an indicative estimate only.
• The submission is treated as a scheduled request, not a confirmed order.
• No payment is collected at initial submission.
• Final availability and price are reviewed closer to delivery.
• The final quotation includes product price, delivery charge and total payable amount.
• The customer may select Confirm & Pay or Cancel Request.
• The request becomes a confirmed order only after payment succeeds and confirmation is issued.

Customer-facing future-date message

Indicative Price: Fresh flower prices change daily depending on market rates and availability. The final price will be shared for your approval before payment and delivery confirmation.

4. Quotation Validity

The final quotation will remain valid only for the period mentioned in the notification. If payment is not completed within that time, availability and price may need to be checked again.

5. Price Increase or Decrease

The final amount for a future scheduled request may be higher or lower than the indicative amount. The customer is not required to proceed if the final price is not acceptable.

6. Product Substitution

If the requested flower is unavailable, we may offer a different colour or variety, a revised quantity, a suitable alternative or cancellation without payment. No substitution will be made without customer consent.

7. Delivery-Partner Booking

For same-day and next-day paid orders, the delivery booking will be created according to system and delivery-partner availability. For future scheduled requests, delivery booking will be created only after the final amount is accepted and payment is verified.
